Tōst 49

Tōst 49 is a poolside wine-and-broth bar located behind Townhall Sukhumvit 49, next to the Marriott Executive Apartments lobby. The space features curved glass panels and purple branding, offering a calm daytime atmosphere that becomes livelier in the evening.

The menu focuses on long-simmered bone broths, Barcelona-style pressed bikini sandwiches made with naturally leavened shokupan, salads, gazpachos, aperitifs, desserts, and coffee. Broths combine chicken, mushroom, or beef with jasmine rice, chilli crisp, ginger, coriander, and spring onion.
